School Houses

Our school houses are named after our founders and patrons, Estella Silva and Orpheus Altair.

 

Estella Silva, a keen witch, and Orpheus Altair, a superb wizard were both animagi; they could hide their identity by transfiguring into animals, or 'familiars'. Estella can transform into a snowy owl, whilst Orpheus can transform into an Arctic wolf, hence the owl and wolf in our emblem, and our headmistresses name, Luna Snow Wolf.
